There are seven persons– Sukhwinder Singh, Arijit singh, Peehu Chauhan, Atif aslam, Sukhwinder  Kaur, Peehu Vasant and Hard Kaur–who participated in a singing competition which started on 25th August and ended on 31st August. In the first round of the competition, each of them performed regional songs — Tamil, Gujrati, Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit, Assamese and Telgu, but not necessarily in the same order.
