2. ‘SAKETH MYNENI’ GRABBED 2015 VIETNAM OPEN TENNIS TROPHY
i. India's tennis player Saketh Myneni grabbed the Vietnam Open tennis trophy in the men’s singles category.
ii. Saketh myneni defeated Australia's Jordan Thompson.
iii. It is his first singles ATP Challenger title of the season 2015.
3. INDIAN SHORT FILM ‘AN OLD DOG’S DIARY’ WON AWARD AT 2015 LONDON FILM FESTIVAL
i. Indian short film, An Old Dog’s Diary has won Best Short Film Award at London Film Festival.
ii. The movie was Directed by Shai Heredia and Shumona Goel.
iii. The film reveals the cultural conditions of Indian avant-garde painter Francis Newton Souza’s work and its institutionalisation by assembling the puzzle-piece evocations of his portrait.
4. ‘XUERUI LI' GRABBED 2015 DENMARK OPEN TITLE OF BADMINTON
i. China’s Xuerui Li has grabbed Denmark Open Badminton Title in the women’s single category at Denmark.
ii. She has defeated P V Sindhu of India in the finals.
iii. In men’s single category it the Title was won by China’s Chen Long.
