SUPREME COURT REJECTS GOVT
DECISION TO INCLUDE JATS IN OBC:
Ø Supreme court of India on Tuesday
rejected the UPA Governments decision of including Jats into OBC
category.
Ø Although Narendra Modi government had
supported UPA’s decision of including Jats into OBC category but still a bench
of Justice Tarun Gogai and Justice R.F. Nariman found fault with
the centre’s decision and quashed it.
