1. JAIPUR GETS METRO RAIL SERVICE:
i. Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje inaugurated Phase 1 of Jaipur metro rail service.
ii. Pink city became the sixth city in the country to have metro service.
iii. Jaipur metro is publicized as one of the fastest built metros in the country as it has been developed within a time period of four and a half year.
2. UNION GOVERNMENT LAUNCHED KHOYA PAYA WEB PORTAL:
i. Union Government launched khoya paya web portal to exchange information on missing children.
ii. Khoya Paya web portal khoyapaya.gov.in is first of its kind citizen based website.
iii. It was jointly launched by Maneka Gandhi and Ravi Shanker Prasad.

3. IAP HEALTHPHONE PROGRAMME LAUNCHED:
i. Union Minister of Women and Child Development launched IAP Healthphone programme.
ii. IAP Healthphone programe is the world’s largest digital mass education programme for addressing the malnutrition in women and children.

4. SOUTH KOREA AND CHINA SIGNED BILATRAL FTA:
i. South Korea and China have signed bilateral Free Trade Agreement in Seoul, South Korea.
ii. The agreement was signed by South Korea’s Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Youn Sang-Jick and Chinese Commerce Minister Gao Huckeng.
