the lifetime achievement award at the 19th

5) ISRO lost Contact with Vikram Lander

The communication from Chandrayaan-2’s Vikram lander to
ISRO ground station was lost before its
soft landing on the south pole of the Moon. The contact was lost when the
lander was 2.1km away
from the surface of the moon.

Chandrayaan-2 was launched on July 22, 2019, from GSLV
Mk-III, nicknamed ‘Bahubali’ from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) in
Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh.Project consisted of 3 components namely the
Orbiter, the Lander ‘Vikram’, and the Rover Pragyan (27kg).
6) BKSP successfully won U17 Girls

Bangladesh Krida Shiksha Prothishtan (BKSP) has
successfully retained the 60th edition
of the Under 17 Girls Subroto Cup International Football 2019 title
by defeating Neelamani English School, Manipur with 4-0 scores in the final

8) Ram Jethmalani, Senior lawyer, and a
former union law minister has passed away at his home in Delhi after
suffering from prolonged illness. He was 95.
