Ø  KshatrapatiShivaji becomes the new CMD of SIDBI.
Ø  KshatrapatiShivaji is a 1986 batch IAS officer and is currently Principal Secretary (expenditure), finance Department in Maharashtra government.
Ø  KshatrapatiShivaji is appointed on deputation basis for a period of 3 years, replacing sushilMuhnot.
Ø  CMD – Chairman and Managing Director
Ø  SIDBI- Small Industrial Development Bank of India

2) TATA MOTORS TO PROVIDE VRS FOR ITS WORKERS

Ø  AB Devilliers brilliant show of 162 not out from 66 balls helped South Africa to score a massive victory by 257 runs over West Indies in Sydney Cricket Ground.
Note: India is the only team to win a World cup at home in 2011.
